Field trip, chili cook-off and more!

Busy day as usual! Asher's class did a walking tour (with Mom as a chaperone) of some of the shops on Queen Anne Ave. We learned about different services provided at each shop. The kids walked from school and all around Queen Anne and were extremely good and listened so well! Next mom picked up Max and Gates from preschool for their play date. They enjoyed popsicles and bikes on the deck before running back to school to pick up their siblings. Next was time for gymnastics for Max with his buddy Cam while Asher worked on math (for fun). Drove home picked up the scooters and scooted over to Asher's school's chili cook off for dinner. There we met daddy before heading home for bed. Always amazing to reflect on how much we do each day!

Big Rosh dinner

22 peeps at our house for dinner on Rosh Hashanah (limited invite this year). So fun and of course a bit chaotic! Teacher Shirley's' mini class about Rosh Hashanah was a big hit!!

Jog-a-thon

Asher had an amazing day at his jog-athon at school! He ran 17 laps around the school and smiled the whole way. Afterwards all the kids had a dance party with our Piano Teacher as the DJ.

Asher wants to send a big thank you to Nana, Papa, Aunt Kim, uncle Rob, Jordan Hailey, uncle Ryan, Aunt Jaime, Maya, uncle Rob, Aunt Rachie, Gabrielle, Bubbe and Zadie for supporting him in this very special event and great cause! We read through all the notes everyone sent and they made him feel so good.

What a beautiful and positive day!
